The third in a series of four numbered prints satirizing the recently opened Royal Veterinary College in London. In this print, two men with ropes tied around the jaw of a horse, pull in opposite directions to hold the jaw open; another man, falling off an overturned bucket, is attempting, with some difficulty, to put a ball (pill) down the horse's throat. Two horses stand in stable stalls in the background.
