Image Description:
Gray and cream poster with black lettering. Initial title word at top of poster. Central visual image is an illustration of a person, standing in profile, with arms crossed. The person's bald head has fallen off and lays on the ground, smoking a cigarette with its eyes closed. A large cloud of multicolor smoke ascends from the cigarette. The head is attached to a chain and the chain is attached to a shackle around the person's ankles. The effect is that of a convict's ball and chain. Remainder of title at bottom of poster.
