The illustrations include: childhood diseases represented by lightning bolts coming from a black cloud; health workers explain vaccines to two mothers; one mother will not immunize her baby; the other mother has her baby vaccinated after which the baby is depicted with a protective shield; lightning bolts return and strike the unvaccinated child; the child lays in bed and its mother asks the health worker about vaccination; and it is too late to vaccinate though, as the child is dead.
