Image Description:
White poster with black lettering. Title at top of poster, along with an illustration of a nurse's head in profile. Visual images are reproductions of b&w photos showing nurses at an Air Services Command hospital in Italy. Photo in upper portion of poster features a nurse holding a basin in front of a flier with a head or facial wound. Smaller photos in lower portion of poster depict a nurse administering a penicillin injection to a crewman who is in traction and a nurse re-dressing a skin graft on a soldier's back. Each photo has a caption naming the nurse, her home town, and the procedure shown, as well as a statement about the role of nurses.
