Predominantly yellow and black poster with brown and black lettering. Title near center of poster. Title word "fits" is Australian slang for needle or syringe in the context of drug use. Text almost has a vertical orientation. Visual images include a random design of colored bars and a series of illustrations depicting the steps for safe needle disposal including recapping the needle, placing it in strong container that can be sealed, and putting the container in a trash can.
