The poster is divided into four sections that contain color photographs of the same two men in various stages of dress and intimacy. In the center of the poster is a multicolored oval that overlaps the corners of three of the photographs and contains messages following each of the title words "do," "choose," and "enjoy." The full title appears in ovals in the uppermost part of the lower left photograph. In each of the title word ovals appear the symbols for "positive" and "negative." The logos for AIDS Council of New South Wales, Victorian AIDS Council, and Queensland AIDS Council appear at the bottom.
