White poster with blue and black lettering, illustrated with diagrams and color drawings of tissue and cells. At the head of the poster is a box describing "inflammatory stimuli." Arrows link this box to boxes on the right and left of the poster, one describing the "local generation of inflammatory mediators," the other "the role of the immune system." Below the former box, and connected to it by an arrow, is a box devoted to "chemotaxis." Below the latter box, describing the role of the immune system, are a series of boxes connected by arrows and devoted to the following: B- and T-Lymphocytes, the release of mediators, and immune complexes. The bottommost box enumerating secretions of polymorphs and macrophages is connected by arrows to both columns of boxes.
