There is a man looking into a microscope, and a woman using pipettes. A man in a surgical gown holds a tube attached to a hose to a woman's side as she lies on a bed, and a nurse monitors the large jars the hose comes out of. A doctor is injecting a boy's arm, and a chest X-ray is in the background. The poster is signed "Ernest Hamlin Baker." Below the title are three small books labeled "Christmas 1935."
