The bottom of the poster is divided into three steps. The first shows a hand with a little blood, and says to report the injury without delay to a supervisor. The second shows a hand with a bandage on it, and says to get treatment from NIH Occupational Medical Services. The last box shows a hand holding a pen, and says that the notice of injury form must be filled out and turned in within 48 hours to a supervisor.
