Across the top third of the poster is a photograph of a group of people and the reading from an EKG across it in red. There are several children, one sitting on an African American adult's lap. There is another white adult male in the photograph and a portion of the shoulder and neck of another person, possibly an adult. A phone number for further information is also listed.
