Image Description:
Dark green background with white lines dividing the poster into compartments of various sizes, shapes, and colors. The central compartment, a rectangle with a turquoise background, is illustrated with a multicolored rainbow effect. The first segment of the rainbow reads "Disabled" in black letters and, in each successive segment of the rainbow, fades until the only letters left spell "Able". The words "To Work" appear beneath "Able". The poster is illustrated in several compartments with b&w photographs, colored yellow, of people at work and of an 18-cent stamp honoring the disabled. The date, time, location, and program specifics are supplied on the right side of the poster.
