Subject: Print shows a caricature of a man brandishing a sword and boasting of his exploits to the Prince of Wales outside "The Whirligig," a brothel. Gillray has depicted the man with the sword as enacting the part of Captain Bobadil in Ben Jonson's play "Every man in his humour." A miniaturized courtesan is shown spinning on a whirligig above the door to the brothel.
